We read 2 books per month and try to choose the new month’s books 2 weeks prior. Sometimes we already have a book in mind, and sometimes we put a call out for requests/ recommendations on our Instagram. We also have our Facebook group here that anyone can post in to start a conversation or join in on one!
Sometimes we are lucky enough to interview the author’s of the books that are picked, and it’s the coolest thing ever! Right now we are limiting our guests to only the author’s of the books that are chosen each month.

We are a big fan of popular fiction, thrillers and cute reads! Occasionally we’ll read the odd historical fiction, but we try to stick to genres that appeal to a wide audience. Neither of us are big fantasy readers (sorry!!!) and we’ve never read a non-fiction for the pod (not that we’re against it, it’s just never been on our radar!). Sometimes we’ll read a romance buttttttttt it’s probably been picked by the Babes if that’s the case!
